Our property operation business is tasked to tend to the technical aspects of the operation of properties, maintenance of building structures, building systems and building electrical networks, indoor cleaning of building sections and maintenance of external areas that belong to the buildings, plant care and garden management, cleaning and anti-slip treatment of outdoor pavements. Upon request we provide caretaker services, vermin control, preventive maintenance, and we also undertake the installation of fire detection systems, elevators, property protection systems, building engineering systems, low-voltage and power systems.

Our professionals can also install, reconstruct, operate and maintain technical systems of buildings, building engineering systems, drinking water, heating and hot water supply systems as well as HVAC equipment, professional kitchen, plus low-voltage and power supply networks.
